Ty Toepke

VP of Development

Prior to joining Faison, Ty Toepke served as the Executive Director of the RPS Education Foundation. In that role, he worked to raise money to support the strategic initiatives of Richmond Public Schools and to connect partners and resources for the benefit of RPS students.

Ty has spent most of his career working with non-profits and has worked in various fundraising roles with organizations including NextUpRVA, the Valentine, and the YMCA. In addition, he has worked with strategy consulting firms Play and The Frontier Project. Along with his professional non-profit work, Ty serves on the board of Blue Sky Fund and the development committee of Richmond Habitat for Humanity.

Ty grew up in Williamsburg, VA and has lived in Richmond since 1999. He has his Bachelor of Science from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce, with concentrations in Accounting and Information Systems. Outside of the office, Ty enjoys anything outdoors, live music, and building things large and small.
